The giving tree book is basically easy to animate and is black and white. animation set up from photoshop is already complete and migrated to adobe after effect.

photoshop to after effect then changing the layers around and showing certain items or characters.

outline is just like the book goes and has slight movements.

plan would be to have this follow the story
